My approach

My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is for you to feel heard. I support patients with a variety of tools including diet and lifestyle counselling, comprehensive lab testing and interpretation, physical examinations, supplementation as well as physical therapies such as acupuncture and injection therapy. My approach includes an extensive initial intake so that I can evaluate all factors in your life that may be affecting your health. After you’ve shared your health concerns and goals, comprehensive lab testing can be considered to further investigate underlying causes. This allows us to assess all pieces of the puzzle and build an individualized and transformational health plan that is targeted to your specific goals and needs.
