I will provide you with an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for you to help transform your health in a realistic and sustainable way. My individualized treatment plans may include botanical supplementation (herbal formulations), lab testing if indicated, vitamin injection therapy, targeted nutrition and exercise plans, lifestyle recommendations, acupuncture, & more!

My Story

Growing up with parents who worked in the healthcare field, I always had an innate passion for helping people.  I spent a lot of time in our family owned multidisciplinary clinic and was always amazed at the improvements in patient’s health and wellbeing after treatments. I knew from a young age I wanted to be a healthcare professional. I discovered my love and passion for naturopathic medicine when seeing a Naturopathic Doctor myself. I was amazed at how thorough our appointments and investigations were and the transformations in my health in a short period of time.

I chose naturopathic medicine to share my passion with you to feel empowered & educated about your health and most importantly, for you to feel heard

Education

With an innate love for all things health related and growing up with parents working in the industry, Dr. Kendra began her journey to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor by completing her Bachelor of Science in Biology & Health Sciences at Brock University. She then completed an additional 4 year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to obtain her Doctorate degree in Naturopathy. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and also holds her Therapeutic Prescribing license. She is a member of both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors & the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Personal

When I’m not seeing patients you can find me spending time in nature walking, hiking and cross country skiing. I love spending time with family & friends and trying new recipes!
