What To Expect

During our initial intake, we will spend approximately 60 minutes together reviewing your health history and addressing all aspects of your health. We then create a transformational care plan that is unique to your personal goals. This care plan may include a variety of comprehensive lab testing, botanical medicine supplementation, lifestyle changes or physical therapies. Follow up visits are 30-45min where we can check in on your ongoing plan and assess how you’re doing and make adjustments as needed. We may also address new concerns as they present.
